New Referrals

Our physicians are unable to accept new family practice patients at this time.

We accept a limited number prenatal referrals for local patients who expect to deliver at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

For referring providers, a checklist and summary of early prenatal care may be helpful, especially if it will be some time before we are able to see your patient.
